【摘要】 采用混料配比的設計方法,研究白靈側(cè)耳(Pleurotus nebrodensis)栽培料的最佳配比。以棉籽殼、麥麩、玉米芯和木屑為主料,以產(chǎn)量和栽培周期為主要考核指標,設計4因素15種配方,分別建立產(chǎn)量、栽培周期與配方的回歸方程,確定高產(chǎn)配方為:麩皮27.8%、棉籽殼36.2%、玉米芯19.7%、木屑9.3%時,產(chǎn)量可以達到198.3 g;最短周期配方為:麩皮14.0%、棉籽殼18.5%、玉米芯9.3%、木屑51.2%,預計得到最短周期值是146.5 d。配方驗證試驗表明,混料設計可用于白靈側(cè)耳栽培配方優(yōu)化。
【Abstract】 Mixture design was adopted to optimize the proportion of components in a growth substrate(containing wheat bran,cotton seed hulls,corn cobs and sawdust as the main materials) used for cultivating Pleurotus nebrodensis.A total of 15 different formulae were devised based on variations in the content of the main components,and their efficacy determined by adopting mushroom yield and length of cultivation cycle as the main evaluation indices.Analysis of regression equations linking these two indices...
