【摘要】 以西藏林芝地區(qū)林芝、波密、工布江達3個縣采集的野生松口蘑子實體為材料,測定其外觀大小及粗多糖、粗蛋白、游離氨基酸、鐵和鋅等營養(yǎng)成分含量,并與其它地區(qū)的松口蘑營養(yǎng)成分含量進行比較。結果表明:林芝縣松口蘑鐵含量顯著高于其它區(qū)域;林芝地區(qū)松口蘑菌蓋直徑4.0~7.1 cm、菌柄長5.9~8.6 cm,與內地松口蘑菌蓋直徑5.9~21.5 cm、菌柄長5.0~18.0 cm相比,個體較小;粗多糖、粗蛋白和鋅含量較低,而粗脂肪和鐵的含量較高。
【Abstract】 We have determined the dimensions and selected nutritional components of Tricholoma matsutake fruit bodies collected from three counties(Linzhi,Bomi,Gongbujiangda) located in the Linzhi region of Tibet.Although fruit bodies from Linzhi County were smaller,they contained significantly higher Fe levels compared with those from the two other counties.The average cap and stipe dimensions(4.0-7.1 cm diameter and 5.9-8.6 cm length,respectively) of T.matsutake fruit bodies from the entire Linzhi region...
