【摘要】 概述了蛹蟲草的形態(tài)與分布、生物學(xué)特性、藥理學(xué)、菌種選育、子實體栽培技術(shù)、液體發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品研發(fā)等方面的研究進(jìn)展,并探討和展望了蛹蟲草產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展方向和前景。

【Abstract】 The current status of research relating to Cordyceps militaris,including morphological features,distribution,biological characteristics,pharmacology,strain selection,fruit body cultivation techniques,submerged culture and product development,are reviewed.Future research prospects and industrial potential of this fungus are also discussed.
