【摘要】 為解決平菇栽培過(guò)程中培養(yǎng)料失水以及補(bǔ)水問(wèn)題,提高平菇產(chǎn)量,本試驗(yàn)將不同類型(MP3005KM、MP3005KB、MP-KR、MP-KS)、不同濃度(0.1%、0.5%、1%、1.5%、2%)的保水劑吸水制成凝膠顆粒后進(jìn)行拌料處理,并對(duì)平菇菌絲生長(zhǎng)、出菇以及產(chǎn)量等進(jìn)行觀察與測(cè)定研究。結(jié)果表明,保水劑使用濃度為0.5%時(shí)效果最好,可使菌絲布滿袋時(shí)間提前2 d~5 d,出菇提前4 d~6 d,產(chǎn)量提高20%左右。保水劑使用濃度≥1%時(shí),菌絲生長(zhǎng)受到抑制、出菇時(shí)間延遲,且濃度越大,菌絲生長(zhǎng)及出菇速度越緩慢,對(duì)產(chǎn)量亦產(chǎn)生不利影響。在保水劑對(duì)菌絲生長(zhǎng)、出菇以及產(chǎn)量的影響趨勢(shì)方面,4種保水劑之間并無(wú)明顯區(qū)別。由此可見(jiàn),選擇適宜濃度的保水劑制成凝膠顆粒進(jìn)行拌料處理,是解決平菇栽培過(guò)程中培養(yǎng)料失水以及補(bǔ)水問(wèn)題,提高平菇產(chǎn)量的有效途徑,值得推廣應(yīng)用。
