【摘要】 試驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),蜜環(huán)菌子實(shí)體在現(xiàn)蕾時(shí),對(duì)其環(huán)境條件有較嚴(yán)格的要求,即溫度為14°C20°C,濕度80%90%,光照1 000 lx左右。雖分離蜜環(huán)菌種源的材料很多(菌材、菌索、母麻、白麻、蜜環(huán)菌子實(shí)體),但以從蜜環(huán)菌子實(shí)體中用孢子分離法,分離的成功率高,得到的菌絲體和菌索生長勢強(qiáng),生活力旺盛。生產(chǎn)和分析了制作蜜環(huán)菌栽培種和原種的5個(gè)配方,證實(shí)配方1和配方2是最優(yōu)化的培養(yǎng)基。培養(yǎng)基中含水量以65%70%為宜。
【Abstract】 This study showed that the budding process of the fruiting body requires a strict environment with temperature from 14°C to 20°C,humidity 80%90%,light around 1 000 lx.Various materials can be used to isolate Armillaria mellea,such as rhizomorph,parent tuber,immature tuber and the fruiting body of Armillaria mellea.However,spore separation from the fruiting body of Armillaria mellea gave the best results with stronger mycelium,rhizomorph,higher viability.Moreover,5 formulas were presen...
