【摘要】 對在栽培蛹蟲草(Cordyceps militaris)B6過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的白化菌株AB6的部分生物學(xué)特性和所獲得的子實體成分進行研究。結(jié)果表明,AB6在光照條件下菌絲不變色,其菌絲最佳生長溫度為25℃、pH 4.06.0。AB6子實體的粗蛋白、粗纖維、水、灰分、總水解氨基酸和粗多糖等成分含量與B6子實體無顯著差別;而其灰分和蟲草素含量較高,分別為8.29%和12.9 mg/g,均高于退化的白化菌株DAB6和B6的子實體;其黃酮類、蟲草酸和腺苷,分別為0.22%、14.8 mg/g和1.16 mg/g,比B6子實體低。
【Abstract】 An albino strain(AB6) of Cordyceps militaris was isolated from albino fruit bodies arising through natural mutation of the parental strain,B6.Selected biological and chemical characteristics of AB6 were determined in order to evaluate its exploitation potential.Colonies of the albino strain remained non-pigmented after exposure to light,and hyphal growth was optimal at 25 ℃ and more rapid on slightly acidic media(pH 4.0-6.0).Albino fruit bodies contained similar concentrations of protein,fiber,m...
