【摘要】 考察了11株棕色蘑菇(Agaricus bisporus)菌株的形態(tài)特征和栽培性狀,并利用酯酶同工酶方法和ITS序列分析技術(shù)分析了其親緣關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明,供試的11株棕色蘑菇菌株在形態(tài)特征和栽培性狀上都表現(xiàn)出一定的差異性。同工酶和ITS序列分析都能對(duì)供試菌株進(jìn)行初步鑒別,表明供試11株棕色蘑菇菌株親緣關(guān)系較近。

【Abstract】 Cultivation times,selected fruit body characteristics and fruit body yields of 11 Chinese Agaricus bisporus cultivars are reported.Phylogenetic analysis using esterase isozyme profiles and ribosomal DNA ITS sequences revealed that the strains clustered into four different groups based on the latter although the degree of genetic diversity was small.
