【摘要】 采用原生質(zhì)體分離、菌絲尖端分離和組織分離3種方法對(duì)雙孢蘑菇(Agaricus bisporus)As2796的退化菌株進(jìn)行分離,應(yīng)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析法綜合評(píng)價(jià)不同分離株的農(nóng)藝性狀,篩選綜合性狀優(yōu)于As2796退化菌株的提純復(fù)壯菌株。結(jié)果表明,3種分離方法均能獲得提純復(fù)壯的菌株,其中原生質(zhì)體分離株P(guān)28的提純復(fù)壯效果最好。

【Abstract】 Protoplast,tissue and hyphal tip isolation methodologies were used to isolate rejuvenated strains from the retrogressive strain Agaricus bisporus As2796.Mycelia growth rates on potato-dextrose-peptone-yeast(PDPY) medium,wheat spawn medium and composted substrate were determined and used to select 27,five and four strains,isolated by protoplast,tissue and hyphal tip isolation methodologies,respectively for fruiting tests.Seven agronomic traits(cap diameter and thickness,stipe diameter and length,...
