【摘要】 金針菇活性成分豐富,作用廣泛。對(duì)近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)外金針菇中活性物質(zhì)的主要結(jié)構(gòu)及其作用研究進(jìn)行了綜述,總結(jié)了金針菇現(xiàn)階段活性物質(zhì)研究情況,展望了金針菇未來(lái)可能研究方向。

【Abstract】 The active components of Flammulina velutipes were abundant.In this study,the structure of the active components and its effect of Flammulina velutipes were summaried.The research status of Flammulina velutipes were also summaried,and the research directions and development of Flammulina velutipes in the future were prospected.
