【摘要】 為探討粉碎工藝與提取工藝(水提及超聲提取)處理對(duì)黑木耳多糖抑菌活性的影響,以抑菌圈為指標(biāo),采用不同的粉碎物料與提取工藝,研究原料粒度與提取工藝對(duì)黑木耳多糖抑菌效果的影響。結(jié)果表明,原料粒度與提取工藝對(duì)黑木耳多糖的抑菌效果均有較大影響,水提時(shí),150目原料粒度提取的多糖對(duì)大腸桿菌(E.coli)和金黃色葡萄球菌(S.aureus)的抑菌效果最好,超聲處理時(shí),多糖的抑菌效果隨著原料粒度減少逐漸下降,且超聲處理時(shí)多糖的抑菌效果不如水提。 更多還原
