【摘要】 采用涂布平板法從植物和土壤中共分離得到301株細(xì)菌,其中從羊蹄甲、蘆薈和香蕉皮等植物中分離到內(nèi)生細(xì)菌86株,從土壤中分離到細(xì)菌215株。以食用菌栽培中的主要污染菌木霉,包括哈茨木霉(Trichoderma harzianum)、長枝木霉(Trichoderma longibrachiatum)等4種共8株木霉菌株以及蘑菇(Agaricus bisporus)、香菇(Lentinula edodes)等14種不同食用菌為實驗菌,通過平板對峙培養(yǎng)法篩選出對木霉有拮抗作用而對食用菌拮抗性弱甚至無拮抗作用的細(xì)菌75株。采用傳統(tǒng)分類法以及16S rDNA序列分析對其中作用效果最好的5株細(xì)菌進(jìn)行了鑒定,結(jié)果顯示,5株細(xì)菌均為枯草芽孢桿菌Bacillus subtilis。在實驗中還發(fā)現(xiàn),從羊蹄甲、蘆薈和香蕉皮等植物中更容易分離到木霉拮抗菌。 更多還原
