【摘要】 隨著食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,食用菌菌渣的開發(fā)利用受到廣泛關(guān)注。詳細(xì)綜述了食用菌菌渣利用的研究進(jìn)展,從食用菌菌渣成份到綜合利用各方面,包括食用菌栽培再利用以及用作飼料、肥料、生態(tài)環(huán)境的修復(fù)材料等方面的研究進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)總結(jié)和概括,并提出菌渣利用研究中存在問題和應(yīng)用前景。

【Abstract】 With the vigorous development of edible fungi,the exploitation and utilization of edible fungi residue had received more and more attention.In this paper,the research progress and utilization of edible fungi residue were reviewed in detail,from the components of edible fungi residue into the various aspects of comprehensive utilization.It included the reuse of cultivating edible fungi,feed,fertilizer,eco-environment restoration materials,and at the same time,the existing problems of it’s utiliza...
