【摘要】 以沼液為試驗(yàn)材料,研究了不同濃度沼液拌料對(duì)平菇菌絲生長(zhǎng)、產(chǎn)量的影響。結(jié)果表明,沼液能改善培養(yǎng)料的營(yíng)養(yǎng),用25%、50%沼液拌料可促進(jìn)平菇菌絲體的生長(zhǎng),菌絲生長(zhǎng)勢(shì)增強(qiáng),污染率降低,產(chǎn)量分別比對(duì)照高23.5%、15.8%;用75%、100%沼液拌料也可降低污染率,平菇產(chǎn)量分別比對(duì)照高24%、8.7%,但菌絲的生長(zhǎng)速度降低,出菇時(shí)間比對(duì)照晚4d13d。
【Abstract】 The effect of biogas slurry of different density on the growth and yield of Pleurotus ostreatus were studied. The results showed that biogas slurry could improve the nutrition of the cultivation material, the growth rate of Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium were accelerated using 25% or 50% biogas slurry, the growth vigor were strengthened, and the yield increased by 23.5% or 15.8% compared with CK. Using 75% or 100% biogas slurry can lower the contamination rate, and increase the yield by 24% or 8.7%, but the growth rate of mycelium slow down and the mushroom budding was comparatively 4 d13 d late.
