【摘要】 采用隨機(jī)區(qū)組試驗(yàn),研究了不同梯度的谷殼代替部分甘蔗渣、木屑等對(duì)金針菇(Flammulina velutipes)生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育和產(chǎn)量的影響。結(jié)果表明:不同配方培養(yǎng)料對(duì)金針菇的菌絲生長(zhǎng)速度和生長(zhǎng)勢(shì)、生育期、子實(shí)體商品性狀、產(chǎn)量及生物學(xué)效率等均有較大的影響。其中以占配方總量15%的谷殼代替常規(guī)配方中50%的甘蔗渣效果最佳,能顯著提高金針菇產(chǎn)量,改善金針菇品質(zhì)。
【Abstract】 Bagasse and sawdust components of substrates commonly adopted for cultivating Flammulina velutipes were substituted to different extents with rice chaff,and the effects of the different formulae on mycelial growth rate,growth vigor,fruit body characteristics,growth yields and Biological Efficiency were evaluated using randomized block experiments. Significant increases in fruit body yields and quality were recorded when rice chaff was used to replace half of the bagasse component (30% of the total) in the basic substrate formula.
