【中文摘要】 測定了厚樸非藥用部位的營養(yǎng)成分,并將其作為平菇(Pleurotus ostreatus)的栽培基質(zhì),對平菇的生長性狀、營養(yǎng)成分以及重金屬含量的影響進行評價。結(jié)果表明:厚樸非藥用部位含有平菇生長所需的粗纖維、粗蛋白等營養(yǎng)成分;當厚樸非藥用部位添加量為67%時,平菇產(chǎn)量可達58.68 kg、蛋白質(zhì)(干基)含量達23.0%,相對于對照分別提高18.3%、15.6%;且平菇符合無公害食品的標準;因此,厚樸非藥用部位可以作為平菇栽培基質(zhì)加以利用。
【英文摘要】 The use of non-medicinal parts of Magnolia officinalis to cultivate Pleurotus ostreatus is described.Fruit body yields of up to 58.68 kg per 100 bags(18.3% higher than controls) were obtained using a cultivation substrate consisting of 67% non-medicinal parts of M.officinalis.Crude protein levels in the fruit bodies were 23.0%(15.6% higher than controls) and the quality of P.ostreatus complied with pollution-free food standards with respect to selected heavy metals and pesticide residues.Our data demonstrated that the non-medicinal parts of M.officinalis can serve as a new substrate for P.ostreatus cultivation.
