【中文摘要】 通過對選育出的赤芝(Ganoderma lucidum)品種—"仙芝1號"采用拮抗試驗、分子生物學(xué)實驗進行遺傳分析,結(jié)果表明"仙芝1號"同"仙源5號"及韓芝有明顯拮抗效應(yīng),其ERIC-PCR擴增圖譜與其它品種差異明顯,因此選育出的"仙芝1號"是不同于其他靈芝品種的赤芝新品種。

【英文摘要】 Antagonism tests and PCR amplification methodology were used to identify a strain of Ganoderma lucidum designated Xianzhi 1.The original parental strain was isolated from a fruit body collected from the wild and was subjected to subsequent long-term selection procedures.Xianzhi 1 exhibited an antagonistic reaction with a selected intermediate parent strain,Xianyuan 5,and several other G.lucidum cultivars.PCR amplification revealed a band that was specific for G.lucidum,and ERIC-PCR generated an amplification pattern that distinguished Xianzhi 1 from ten other G.lucidum cultivars indicating that it was a new strain.
