【中文摘要】 采用隨機(jī)擴(kuò)增多態(tài)性DNA(Randomly Amplified Polymorphic DNA,RAPD)技術(shù)分析玉木耳(whitemutant strain ofAuricularia fuscosuccinea)、九里湖木耳(A.fuscosuccinea)、黑木耳(A.auricula)8129和毛木耳(A.polytricha)781四個(gè)菌株之間的遺傳差異性。結(jié)果表明,玉木耳與九里湖木耳之間的遺傳相似系數(shù)大于0.99;4個(gè)菌株在遺傳距離0.53的位置上可以分為三類:九里湖木耳和玉木耳為一類;黑木耳8129,毛木耳781各為一類。
【英文摘要】 Genetic variation among a white mutant strain of Auricularia fuscosuccinea,its parent A.fuscosuccinea strain,A.auricula(strain 8129) and A.polytricha(strain 781) were analyzed by RAPD(Randomly Amplified Polymorphic DNA).No genetic differences were detected between the white mutant strain and the A.fuscosuccinea parent strain(genetic similarity coefficient < 0.99),and the four strains could be separated into three sub-groups at a genetic distance of 0.53.The white mutant strain together with its parent strain formed one sub-group,and the other two sub-groups were made up of A.auricula strain 8129 and A.polytricha strain 781,respectively.
