【中文摘要】 草菇子實體經(jīng)不同劑量60Co γ射線輻照后,置于16℃、無光照的生化培養(yǎng)箱中貯藏6d。結(jié)果表明,0.4kGy劑量輻照對草菇的保鮮效果最好。對不同劑量處理的草菇進行生理生化分析表明,其蛋氨酸含量、呼吸強度等指標均明顯低于對照;粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纖維、氨基酸總量等指標與對照差異不大。
【英文摘要】 <Abstrcat> The Volvariella volvacea fresh fruitbodies treated with different doses of 60Co-γ ray were preservated in biochemical incubator at 16℃ for 6d without light. The fresh-keeping effect of 0.4kGy irradiation dose was the best. The analysis results showed that the methionine content and respiration intensity of V. volvacea treated with different doses of 60Co-γ ray was significantly lower than that of the CK and that there was no distinctive variance between the groups treated with different doses of 60Co-γ ray and the CK in the content of crude protein, crude fat, crude fibre and amino acids.
