【中文摘要】 以采自山西省五臺山區(qū)野生黃傘的純化選育菌株WT3為材料,通過對黃傘試管母種、原種及出菇菌袋菌絲生長動態(tài)的鏡檢觀察,均發(fā)現(xiàn)分生孢子。進一步培養(yǎng)試驗表明,該菌株產(chǎn)生的分生孢子萌發(fā)菌絲對轉(zhuǎn)管母種的菌絲復壯有促進作用,但在栽培后期產(chǎn)生的大量不易萌發(fā)的分生孢子,堆積在菌絲紐結(jié)處,對子實體產(chǎn)生卻有抑制作用。
【英文摘要】 Purified strain WT3 of wild Pholiota adiposa collected at Wutain mountain area of Shanxi province was taken as testing material. Through microscope inspection for cultures of the mother culture tube at different culture phases, the cultivation bottle of the stock spwan and the cultivation bag at the later cultivation period, it was found that conidia were produced in all these cultures. And further tests showed that the germinated mycelia of conidia produced by strain WT3 would promote the mycelial rejuvenation of the mother culture during the transfer of tube, and that large amount of uneasily germinated conidia piled at the mycelial knots,produced at the later cultivation period of the cultivation bags, would inhibit the formation of the fruitbody.
