【中文摘要】 研究了不同碳源、氮源、溫度、pH對(duì)秀珍菇菌絲生長的影響,比較了兩種不同的菌種保藏方法對(duì)秀珍菇質(zhì)量和產(chǎn)量的影響。結(jié)果表明,以可溶性淀粉為碳源、以酵母粉為氮源的組合,菌絲生長速度最快,生長勢(shì)最旺盛。菌絲最適生長溫度為25℃,最適pH為6.0。菌種液氮保藏效果顯著優(yōu)于冰箱轉(zhuǎn)管保藏。

【英文摘要】 The effect of carbon and nitrogen sources, temperatures and pH on the mycelial growth of Pleurotus geesteranus was studied. And the result of two spawn preserving ways on the quality and yield of Pleaurotus geesteranus fruitbody was also compared. While the experimental results showed that the combination of soluble starch as carbon source and dried yeast powder as nitrogen source leaded to the highest mycelial growth rate and the strongest mycelial growth vigor, and that the optimum temperature and pH were 25℃ and 6.0 resp.. The spawn of P. geesteranus preserved in liquid nitrogen was proved to be more vigorous than that preserved in refrigerator by subculture.
