【中文摘要】 選用雞腿蘑H5菌株 ,通過麥秸、棉籽殼、腐葉土和麩皮配比影響子實(shí)體產(chǎn)量的回歸分析 ,篩選出栽培雞腿蘑的麥秸腐葉土混合料的兩個(gè)高產(chǎn)配方 :麥秸 5 2 .5 % ,棉籽殼 15 % ,腐葉土2 2 .5 % ,麩皮 10 % ;麥秸 5 0 % ,棉籽殼 15 % ,腐葉土 2 0 % ,麩皮 15 %。兩配方均添加白糖 1% ,尿素0 .3% ,過磷酸鈣 1% ,石灰 1.5 %。

【英文摘要】 Coprinus comatus strain H5 was used in the regression analysis of the effect of the mixing rate of wheat straw, cotton seed hull,soil with rotten leaves and wheat bran on the yield of fruitbodies. And two formulae,such as wheat straw 52.5%,cotton seed hull 15%, soil with rotten leaves 22.5%, wheat bran 10% and wheat straw 50%, cotton seed hull 15%, soil with rotten leaves 20%, wheat bran 15%, both plus sugar 1%,urea 0.3%,calcium superphosphate 1% and lime 1.5%, were proved to be the optimal formulae for C. comatus composts.
