【中文摘要】 用膠陀螺粉末懸浮液 ,膠陀螺粉末水提物 ,膠陀螺粉末石油醚、乙醚、乙醇、丙酮、氯仿提取物 ,膠陀螺色素混合物 (14mg kg) ,液體培養(yǎng)的膠陀螺菌絲球和培養(yǎng)液濃縮物分別進行光敏活性試驗。結(jié)果表明 ,膠陀螺色素混合物無活性 ,膠陀螺粉末懸浮液、菌絲球和培養(yǎng)液濃縮物有輕度活性 ,而膠陀螺粉末石油醚、氯仿、丙酮和 95 %乙醇提取物有明顯的光敏活性

【英文摘要】 The photosensitive activity experiments of suspension, water extract, petroleum ether extract, ethyl ether extract, ethanol extract, acetone extract and chloroform extract of Bulgaria inquinans fruitbody powder,pigment mixture of B. inquinans, hyphal balls in liquid culture and concentrate of culture solution indicated that pigment (14mg/kg) had no photosensitive activity, while the B. inquinans fruitbody powder suspension, hyphal balls and concentrate of culture solution had light photosensitive activity, and petroleum ether extract, chloroform extract, acetone extract and 95% ethanol extract of B. inquinans fruitbody powder had significant photosensitive activity.
