【中文摘要】 試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明 ,接種前接入 86 4菌株 ,秀珍菇產(chǎn)量、氨基酸總量、支鏈氨基酸、兒童氨基酸、鮮味氨基酸、甜味氨基酸和谷氨酸含量分別比對(duì)照提高 13.71%、11.76 %、 10 .13%、13.70 %、31.0 2 %、6 .6 7%和 4 4.6 6 %。

【英文摘要】 The experimental results showed that the yield and the content of total amino acid,side chain amino acid, children's amino acid, delicious amino acid, sweet amino acid and glutamic acid of Pleurotus geesteranus fruitbodies cultured with the compost inoculated with strain 864 before spawning were 13.71%,11.76%,10.13%, 13.70%, 31.02%,6.67% and 44.66% higher than that of the CK.
