【中文摘要】 應(yīng)用國(guó)際上通用的營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值評(píng)價(jià)方法 ,對(duì)牧草料栽培金頂側(cè)耳 (PleurotuscitrinopileatusSing.)子實(shí)體蛋白質(zhì)的營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值進(jìn)行全面評(píng)價(jià) ,并與稻草料和棉籽殼料栽培金頂側(cè)耳的子實(shí)體蛋白質(zhì)進(jìn)行比較。分析表明 ,牧草料栽培金頂側(cè)耳的必需氨基酸總量最高 ,占其氨基酸總量的 4 0 .8% ,化學(xué)評(píng)分 (CS)、氨基酸評(píng)分 (AAS)、必需氨基酸指數(shù) (EAAI)、生物價(jià) (BV)、營(yíng)養(yǎng)指數(shù) (NI)分別為 38.2、60 .0、79.8、75 .2和 35 .5 ,均居三種參比培養(yǎng)料栽培金頂側(cè)耳的第一位。氨基酸比值系數(shù)分 (SRCAA)為 77.9,居第二位 ,優(yōu)于棉籽殼料栽培金頂側(cè)耳的子實(shí)體蛋白質(zhì)。這些結(jié)果證實(shí) ,牧草料栽培金頂側(cè)耳的子實(shí)體蛋白質(zhì)具有較高營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值 ,牧草是栽培金頂側(cè)耳的優(yōu)良培養(yǎng)料。
【英文摘要】 The international adopted nutrient value assessment method was applied to the overall assessment of the protein nutrient value of the Pleurotus citrinopileatus fruitbodies cultivated by herbage compost. And the result was compared with the protein nutrient value of Pleurotus citrinopileatus fruitbodies cultivated by rice straw compost and cotton seed hull compost. The assessing result showed that the total essential amino acid in Pleurotus citrinopileatus fruitbodies cultivated by herbage compost was the highest, making up 40.8% of the total amino acids; and that the CS, AAS, EAAI, BV and NI of its protein were 38.2, 60.0, 79.8, 75.2 and 35.5 respectively, all possessing the first place. While the SRCAA was 77.9, possessing the second place.
