【中文摘要】 新選育的糙皮側(cè)耳菌株煙PL - 19屬于早熟型品種。該菌株菌絲在 2～ 37℃溫度范圍內(nèi)均能生長(zhǎng) ,菌絲生長(zhǎng)適溫為 18～ 30℃ ,最適溫度為 2 5～ 2 7℃。在棉籽殼發(fā)酵料培養(yǎng)基上 ,菌絲粗壯、潔白、整齊 ,爬壁力強(qiáng) ,滿袋天數(shù)為 2 1d± 1d。經(jīng)推廣栽培證明 ,PL - 19是高產(chǎn)優(yōu)質(zhì)菌株

【英文摘要】 It was proved that the newly selected P.ostreastus strain Yan PL-19 was an early maturing strain, and that its mycelia could grow at 2～37℃, the suitable temperature for its mycelial growth was 18～30℃ and the optimum temperature was 25～27℃. Its mycelia were robust, regular and pure white with strong vigour on the fermented cotton seed hull compost. It took only 21d±1d for its mycelia to fill the culture bottle. Extensive cultivation had proved that PL-19 was a superior strain with excellent quality and high yield.
