【英文摘要】 The ecological habits, biological characteristics, submerged culture conditions and compositions of Termitomyces albuminosus mycelia were reviewed in this paper. It provided scientific basis for the industrial production and extensive application of submerged cultured T.albuminosus mycelia in food and pharmaceutical industries.
