【中文摘要】 分析了在不同國家和地區(qū)栽培的 8個(gè)秀珍菇菌株的農(nóng)藝性狀 ,利用現(xiàn)代分子生物學(xué)技術(shù)擴(kuò)增獲得秀珍菇菌株RAPD的DNA指紋圖譜 ,并構(gòu)建其樹狀遺傳聚類圖。結(jié)果表明 ,這些菌株存在較大的遺傳差異。

【英文摘要】 The amplified DNA fingerprints from RAPD of 8 P.geesteranus strains cultivated in different countries and areas were obtained by modern molecular biological techniques and cluster dendrogram was constructed in terms of the DNA fingerprints in this research. And the agronomical characters of these P. geesteranus strains were analysed in this study too. The results showed that large genetic diversities were found between these strains.
