【中文摘要】 研究了影響好氧菌虎奶菇菌核生長發(fā)育的因子。結(jié)果表明 ,虎奶菇菌絲生長最適溫度為 32℃ ,菌核生長適溫為 2 3～ 2 8℃ ;培養(yǎng)料消毒前較適宜pH為 7.5～ 8;適宜料水比為 1:2 .2 ;較適宜碳源為玉米淀粉和淀粉 ;較適宜氮源為麥麩和牛糞。

【英文摘要】 Factors affecting the growth of aerobic Pleurotus tuber-regium Sing.were studied.The results showed that the appropriate growth conditions for P.tuber-regium were as follows: 23℃ for the growth of mycelia, 23～28℃ for the growth of sclerotium, pH7.5～8,with a ratio of 1:2.2 for culture medium to water, and that the appropriate carbon sources were corn starch or normal starch and the appropriate nitrogen sources were wheat bran and cow dung. And enough oxygen was needed for the growth of Pleurotus tuber-regium too.
