【中文摘要】 杏鮑菇味鮮美 ,口感好 ,質(zhì)地優(yōu)良 ,貨架壽命長(zhǎng) ,近年來(lái) ,在歐洲得以迅速發(fā)展 ,并傳播到美國(guó)、日本、我國(guó)臺(tái)灣地區(qū)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明 ,鋸末培養(yǎng)料的杏鮑菇產(chǎn)量高于秸稈培養(yǎng)料 ,大麥啤酒糟能有效地提高杏鮑菇產(chǎn)量 ,而覆土出菇栽培模式可以獲得較高的杏鮑菇產(chǎn)量及生物學(xué)效率。

【英文摘要】 With delicious taste, superior texture and long shelf life, Pleurotus eryngii has been developed swiftly in Europe during recent years and introduced to the North American, Japan and Taiwan of P. R. China. And it was proved in our experiments that the yield of P. eryngii in the sawdust medium was higher than that of the straw medium, that the barley beer distillers' grains could effectively raise the yield of P. eryngii, and that the casing fruiting model could get a higher yield and biological efficiency.
