【中文摘要】 將 31屬 10 5株食 (藥 )用蕈菌輸入既定篩選模型系統(tǒng)的初篩模型 ,從中選出 6株功能菌。繼而 ,將其輸入既定篩選模型系統(tǒng)的復(fù)篩模型 ,檢出 2株天然食品防腐劑生產(chǎn)菌E .F .15和E .F .4 2。

【英文摘要】 strains of edible or medicinal fungi belonging to 31 genera and 52 species were put into the first screening model system. And 6 edible fungus strains with the most extensive bacteriostatic spectra were detected and put into the second screening model system, in which strains E.F.15 and E.F.42 with the ability of producing certain native food preservatives were screened out.
