【中文摘要】 用三種不同主式得到的猴頭菌提取物(猴頭菌子實(shí)體粗多糖、猴頭菌菌絲體粗多糖、猴頭菌菌絲體全提物)對乙醇致大鼠胃粘膜損傷的治療作用進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)以等原生藥量計(jì)時(shí),子實(shí)休機(jī)多糖療效最明顯,菌絲體全提物次之,菌絲體粗多糖較差,潰瘍抑制率分別達(dá)70.8%、51.4%和41.5%;當(dāng)以等多糖含量計(jì)時(shí),則三個(gè)樣品的療效接近,潰瘍抑制率達(dá)到60%左右。這進(jìn)一步證實(shí)猴頭菌多糖是猴頭菌保護(hù)大鼠胃粘膜的主要活性物質(zhì)。
【英文摘要】 Three kinds of Hericium erinaceus extractions derived from fruitbody and mycelia were used to treat injured stomachal mucosa of the rat. The results indicated that the medicinal effect of the crude polysaccharide in the fruitbody was the most significant when the amount of the crude drug of three extractions was equal, and that the ulcer inhibitory rate of the crude polysaccharide in the fruitbody was up to 70. 8% , while the ulcer inhibitory rates of whole mycelia extractions and mycelial crude polysaccharide were 51. 4% and 41. 5% respectively. The study also showed that the protective effect on stomachal mucosa of three samples was similar as their polysaccharide content was equal. This verified further that the polysaccharide was the main active composition of Hericium erinaceus.
