【中文摘要】 本文報(bào)道了香菇爛筒病的發(fā)生情況、癥狀及病原體的鑒定。筆者在福建省不同地方調(diào)查了早、中、晚期發(fā)病且癥狀明顯的菇筒,分離、培養(yǎng)、鑒定了病原,并作回接發(fā)病試驗(yàn),證實(shí)土壤中的木霉(Trichoderma spp.)是引起爛筒病的重要病原。

【英文摘要】 The ocurrence, symptoms and pathogens of rotten substrate bag disease of Lentinula edodes were reported in this paper. The rotten substrate bags occurred at early, middle or later cultivation periods with obvious symptoms were collected from different places in Fujian Province, and the pathogens of the rotten substrate bags were isolated and cultured for identification. The back infestation test showed that the Trichoderma spp. in the casing was the main causal pathogen of the rotten substrate bag disease of Lentinula edodes.
