【中文摘要】 利用原生質(zhì)體融合技術(shù),將佛羅里達(dá)側(cè)耳與姬菇作為親本獲得的新品種GF94進(jìn)行出菇試驗(yàn)及品質(zhì)對比.試驗(yàn)表明,GF94在產(chǎn)量、抗逆性、品質(zhì)等方面都超過雙親,表現(xiàn)出雜種優(yōu)勢.GF94的平均單產(chǎn)為.53.24kg/m2,比佛羅里達(dá)側(cè)耳增產(chǎn)19.5%,已成為一個(gè)具有商品價(jià)值和生產(chǎn)實(shí)用價(jià)值的新品種,可以大面積推廣.

【英文摘要】 The fruiting characteristics and fruitbody quality of the new Pleurotus strain GF94 obtained by protoplast fusion of Pleurotus florida and Pleurotus clongatpes were tested. The experiment proved that the new strain GF94 was superior to its parental strains with high yield, resistance to adverse growing cond and good quality manifesting the heterosis. The average unit yield of GF94 was 53.24 kg/m2, whi 19.5? higher than that of the Pleurotus florida. Itwas proved that GF94 was a new strain onomic benefit and deserved to be extended.
