【中文摘要】 擔(dān)子菌遺傳轉(zhuǎn)化目前主要采用電激法和PEG法。本文著重介紹自第一例擔(dān)子菌的遺傳轉(zhuǎn)化開(kāi)始,擔(dān)子菌中轉(zhuǎn)化系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建和轉(zhuǎn)化的一般特點(diǎn);并列出了截止到1996年9月報(bào)道的一些實(shí)例,說(shuō)明了擔(dān)子菌遺轉(zhuǎn)傳化的理論價(jià)值和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

【英文摘要】 The genetic transformation of basidiomycetes was carried out with PEG and electroporation and microprejection. The establishment of transformation system and the general features of transformation beginning from the first example of genetic transformation in basidiomycetes were reported in this study. And some successful examples published as late as Sep. 1996 were also enumerated in this paper, showing the importance of gene transformation in the breeding of basidiomycetes.
