【中文摘要】 實(shí)驗(yàn)以34個(gè)草菇（Volvariella volvacea）和95個(gè)香菇（Lentinula edodes）培養(yǎng)物**為材料,進(jìn)行了食用苗苗種結(jié)實(shí)性早期鑒定的研究;以16個(gè)側(cè)耳（Pleurotus）***和14個(gè)金針菇（Fla-mmulina velutines）菌株為材料,進(jìn)行了食用菌菌種產(chǎn)量性狀早期鑒定的研究.研究表明,草菇和香菇菌種培養(yǎng)物在平板上的菌落形態(tài)特征與結(jié)實(shí)性有密切關(guān)系.草菇培養(yǎng)物的苗落形態(tài)還與菌絲形態(tài)、長(zhǎng)速、酯酶同工酸酶譜、可溶性蛋白帶、發(fā)菌和出菇等密切相關(guān).側(cè)耳和金計(jì)菇菌絲的胸外羧甲基纖維素酶（CMC酶）活力與子實(shí)體產(chǎn)量成正相關(guān),可以作為其子實(shí)體產(chǎn)量性狀早期鑒定的指標(biāo)之一.

【英文摘要】 The fruiting rate of thirty four Volvariella volvacea cultures and ninety five Lentinula edodes cultures and the yield performance of sixteen Pleurotus cultures and fourteen Flammulina velutipes cultures were studied in this paper. Results showed that the stock colony morphology of V. volvacea and L. edodes on plate was closely related to fruiting characters. The colony morphology of V. volvacea cultures was closely related to the hyphal morphology, the hyphal growth rate, the esterase isozyme zymogram, the electrophoretogram of soluble protein, the spawn running and fruiting on the natural substrate. While extracellular CMCase activities of Pleurotus and F. velutipes mycelia at various growth stages, which could be used as one of the early identification markers of fruitbody production characters, seemed to be positively related to the yield.
