【中文摘要】 由化學方法揭示CVP是由多糖、核酸和蛋白質(zhì)組成的混合物。用柱層析方法從CVP得到一個純多糖A-1-2,組成它的單糖的摩爾比為GLu:Gal:Man:Xyl=9.67:1.64:1.00:0.88,用HPLC方法測得其分子量為9.3 ×103。
【英文摘要】 Using chemical methods, we found that CVP extracted from fruitbodies of Coriolus versicolor was a mixture composed of polysaccharides, nucleic acids and proteins. A pure polysaccharide A-l-2 was purified from CVP by chromatographic methods, it was composed of Glu, Gal, Man, Xyl in molar ratio of 9.67:1.64:1.00:0.88. Its molecular weight was estimated to be 9.3 * 101 with HPLC method.
