【中文摘要】 以人工栽培的猴頭子實(shí)體干品為原料,用蒸餾水、0.5%草酸銨溶液、1N氫氧化鈉溶液三種提取劑分別提取猴頭粗多糖,并用蒽酮比色定糖法測(cè)定多糖含量。結(jié)果表明,1N氫氧化鈉溶液提取的粗多糖量最高,達(dá)30.80%,其中的多糖含量亦最高,達(dá)22.12%。紙層析法鑒定多糖成分表明,其中均有D-甘露糖,D-半乳糖,D-葡萄糖和D-木糖。

【英文摘要】 Crude polysaccharide of Hericium erinaceus was extracted from dried fruitbodies of Hericium erinaceus by distilled water, 0.5 % ammonium oxalate solution and IN sodium hydroxide solution resp.. The content of polysaccharide was determined by an throne colorimetric method. The result indicated that the content of crude polysaccharide extracted by IN sodium hydroxide solution was the highest (30.80%), and the polysaccharide content was also the highest (22.12H). Identified by paper chromatography, it was found that Hericium erinaceus polysaccharide was composed of D-mannose, D-galactose, U-glucosc and D-xylose
