【中文摘要】 從樹(shù)舌發(fā)酵菌絲體中提取水溶性粗多糖(GP),再?gòu)拇侄嗵侵蟹蛛x得到均一多糖并研究其單糖組成。采用DEAE cellulose及sephadex G200柱色譜法進(jìn)一步純化得GPⅠ,并利用柱色譜、醋酸纖維素薄膜電泳等方法檢驗(yàn)純度,GC和PC法測(cè)其單糖組成。結(jié)果表明,GPⅠ為均一中性雜多糖,相對(duì)分子質(zhì)量為2000,單糖組成為Xyl、Man、Gal、Glc,摩爾比依次為0.027∶1.0∶5.88∶3.0,GPⅠ首次從樹(shù)舌菌絲體中分離獲得。

【英文摘要】 Homogeneous polysaccharide GPⅠ was isolated from GP which is a water-solube crude polysaccharides from hy- phostroma of Ganoderma applanatum and the composition of GPⅠ was studied. GPⅠwas purified by chromatography on DEAE cellulose column and sephadex G200 column. The homogencity of GPⅠ was proved by column chromatography and film elec-trophoresis of acetyl cellulose. The composition were studied by GC and PC. The results showed that GPⅠ was homogeneous, and its molecular weight was about 2 000. GPⅠ were composed of Xyl, Man, Gal, Glc with the molar ratio of 0.027∶1.0∶5.88∶ 3.0. GPⅠwas a neutral hetersaccharide which was obtained for the first time from the hyphostroma of Ganoderma applanatum.
