【中文摘要】 漆酶是已被廣泛研究的用來降解酚類、苯胺等異生物質(zhì)的酶之一,很多漆酶已經(jīng)從真菌培養(yǎng)物中被提取。主要討論從食用菌中獲得的漆酶,包括漆酶的催化結(jié)構(gòu)和機(jī)制,漆酶基因的克隆和表達(dá)以及對食用菌研究的潛在應(yīng)用。

【英文摘要】 Laccase is one of the well-studied enzymes used for bioremediation of xenobiotics such as phenols,anilines,etc.A lot of enzymes have been purified from fungal cultures.This review which focus on the laccase derived from edible fungus,described the structure and mechanism of catalysis as well as molecular cloning and expression of laccase gene.Possible applications of laccase on edible fungi research are also discussed.
