【中文摘要】 多糖的理化性質(zhì)及藥理作用已有大量研究成果。蜜環(huán)菌多糖具有多種功效,包括抗衰老、降血糖、增強免疫以及對巨噬細胞、骨髓細胞的保護作用以及抗暈眩等。

【英文摘要】 Armillariella mellea is a kind of medical and edible fungi. The researches were described on the physicochemical properties and the effects of polysaccharide from Armillariella mellea. The polysaccharide from Armillariella mellea has many kinds of functions, including the anti-ageing,the effect on blood sugar immunity enhancement as well as anti-dizzy and so on.
