【中文摘要】 采用60Co-γ射線輻照誘變尖端菌絲,在輻照劑量為800Gy,劑量率8.3Gy·min-1的條件下,通過菌絲生長速度、拮抗試驗、品比栽培試驗選育出一株姬松茸優(yōu)良菌株JB-6。新菌株在菌絲生長速度、出菇期及產量等方面,均優(yōu)于對照菌株。
【英文摘要】 Under the conditions of radiation dose 800Gy and dose rate 8.3Gy·min-1 with 60Co-γ radiation exposuring the cusp of mycelium,a fine strain of Agaricus blazei Murrill JB-6 was selected which is superior to the contrasting one in terms of mycelium’s growth rate,mushroom period and yield by means of testing growing speed and antagonistic test of mycelium and cultivation.
