【中文摘要】 以菌絲體生物量為指標,研究了2,4-D、IBA、NAA3種植物生長調(diào)節(jié)劑對雞腿菇JM-08發(fā)酵過程中菌絲體生長的影響。結(jié)果表明3種植物生長調(diào)節(jié)劑均能使雞腿菇JM-08菌絲體生物量不同程度地提高,并確定了它們的最佳作用濃度。其中NAA的促進作用最明顯,使菌絲體生物量比對照提高了53.7%。

【英文摘要】 The effect of three kind of phytohormone to Coprinus comatus in mycelia yield in fermentation were studied,which were 2,4-D,IBA and IAA.The result indicated that the three kind of phytohormone could cause mycelia yield to enhance in different degrees.And the optimum concentrations of them were ascertained.The promotional effect of NAA was the best which could enhance mycelia yield 53.7% contrast to blank.
