【中文摘要】 本文以松口蘑子實(shí)體作為分離材料,對子實(shí)體的不同部位應(yīng)用4種培養(yǎng)基進(jìn)行組織分離。結(jié)果表明:菌褶為最佳分離部位,分離成功率最高時(shí)達(dá)到100%,山楂-黑木耳菌絲麥麩浸汁培養(yǎng)基為最佳分離培養(yǎng)基。本試驗(yàn)從菌柄基部分離得到2支葡酒色被包霉。

【英文摘要】 In this paper,the fruiting body of Tricholoma Mastutake as isolated material,different parts of fruit bodies were used tissue isolated on four culture media.The results showed that the lamella was the most optimum isolated parts for the mycelium culture,the highest probability of success reached to 100%.Hawthorn-extracting of bran and original mycelium of Jew's ear was the best isolated culture medium.This experiment was obtained two tubes of Mortierella vinacea Dixon-Stewart from the base of stipe.
