【中文摘要】 營養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)、菌絲體培養(yǎng)和出菇溫度試驗(yàn)、培養(yǎng)基酸堿度試驗(yàn)、出菇條件試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:朱紅硫磺菌菌絲體適宜生長的溫度范圍為1532℃,最適溫度范圍為2228℃;子實(shí)體發(fā)生的最適溫度為1625℃,氣溫低于16℃,子實(shí)體色澤為淡橙色,16℃以上,子實(shí)體呈鮮橙紅色;培養(yǎng)料適宜營養(yǎng)C/N為2026/1;朱紅硫磺菌菌絲體適宜酸堿度范圍為pH3.08.0,最適酸堿度為pH4.06.5;朱紅硫磺菌的產(chǎn)量與光照條件無關(guān),但光照強(qiáng)度影響子實(shí)體的發(fā)生時間和色澤;朱紅硫磺菌栽培原料廣泛,凡栽培木腐菌的培養(yǎng)料均可用于栽培朱紅硫磺菌。

【英文摘要】 Based on field survey of biolgoical environment,we studied the biological characters of the wild laetiporus sulphureus by some experiments,such as the nutritional experiment,the temperature of the mycelium cultivationg and fruit body development,the pH experiment for medium,the conditional experiment for mushroom developing.It manifested that:the suitable temperature area for mycelium growth is 15～32℃,the best temperature area is 22～28℃.The best temperature area for sporophore developing is 16～25℃;under 16℃,the colour of the sporophore is weak orange;above 16℃,the colour of the sporophore is fresh salmon.The suitable nutritional carbon-nitrogen ratio for medium is 20～26/1.The suitable hydrogenion concentration area for mycelium growth is PH3.0～8.0;the best hydrogenion concentration area is pH4.0～6.5.The strength of illumination can't effect the yield of laetiporus sulphureus,but it effect the time and colour of sporophore developing.The material for cultivation is so much that all mate...更多rial for wood rotting fungi cultivated can be used to cultivate the laetiporus sulphureus.  還原
