【中文摘要】 杏鮑菇是一種珍貴食用菌,杏鮑菇多糖具有多種生物活性,本文對(duì)杏鮑菇菌絲球樣品進(jìn)行熱水提取,去蛋白,乙醇沉淀,無(wú)水乙醇離心,真空干燥,得到多糖粗品。再用DEAE—纖維素層析法進(jìn)行多糖的分離,梯度洗脫收集,采用硫酸—苯酚法測(cè)定多糖,結(jié)果得到三個(gè)主要糖峰。

【英文摘要】 Pleurotus eryngii is a kind of rare and edible fungus.Its polysaccharides have various biological activities.In the paper,some results of the extraction and isolation of polysaccharides from the mycelia of Plcurotus eryngii were reported.Firstly after being dried and smashed,the mycelia was extracted with hot water.Then the raw polysaccharides were obtained by means of ethanol precipitation,protein removal by sevage method.The raw polysaccharide were purified with column chromatography on DEAE-cellulose and collected by cleansed.The existence of three peaks of polysaccharides was determined by phenol-sulphuric acid.
