【中文摘要】 伯氏圓孢地花 (Bondarzewiaberkeleyi)作為一種新的食用菌發(fā)現(xiàn)于貴州和廣西 ,它屬于擔(dān)子菌門的伯氏圓孢地花科。該菌通常生長(zhǎng)在山毛櫸科樹木的基部或根部 ,形成大型、復(fù)瓦狀、疊生的子實(shí)體 ,故當(dāng)?shù)厝朔Q之為“大菌”。該菌菌肉肥厚 ,脆嫩清香 ,味道鮮美 ,是當(dāng)?shù)爻Ｓ檬秤镁?。本文?duì)該菌進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹。

【英文摘要】 This paper introduces a new edible fungus-Bondarzewia berkeleyi.The fungus is a wood-inhabiting species with poroid hymenophore,and it belongs to the family Bondarzewiaceae(Basidiomycota).The polypore was found in Guizhou Province and Guangxi Auto.Region as edible mushroom,and ti usually grows at base or roots of trees in the family of Fagaceae.The local people called it as "big fungus",because it produces large basidiocarps.One furitbody is up to 45 cm high,64 cm in diam,and 12 kg by weight.Its scientific name and detailed description are given according to the studied material.
