【中文摘要】 為了解決食用菌生產(chǎn)中的“菌牧”矛盾 ,更好地發(fā)展食用菌業(yè)和畜牧業(yè) ,我們利用谷稈兩用稻草粉替代麥麩作培養(yǎng)料 ,栽培珍稀食用菌秀珍菇、金福菇、茶薪菇、真姬菇等。結(jié)果表明 :用谷稈兩用水稻“2 0 1”優(yōu)質(zhì)稻草粉 5 0 %代替栽培料中的麥麩栽培秀珍菇、金福菇、茶薪菇 ,生物效率分別提高了 5 84 % (差異不顯著 )、 7 98% (差異不顯著 )和 2 5 2 6 % (差異極顯著 ) ;10 0 %代替麥麩栽培真姬菇 (占培養(yǎng)料總量的 2 0 % )生物效率減少 3 6 8% (差異不顯著 )。同時降低栽培袋的污染率 ,降低培養(yǎng)料成本 ,節(jié)省了大量麥麩用作飼料糧 ,提高了經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益。
【英文摘要】 To the problem of shortage and competing use of wheat bran between animal and mushroom production,one of the solutions is utilizing dual-purpose rice straw as a substitute for wheat bran in edible fungi cultivation,such as Pleurotus cornucopiae(Paul.:Pers.)Rolland, Tricholoma lobayense Heim, Agrocybe chaxingu Huang and Hypsizigus marmoreus (Peck)Bigelow etc.The results showed that a 50% of wheat bran replaced by dual-purpose rice straw improved bio-production as 5.84%,7.98% and 25.26% for Pleurotus cornucopiae (P>0.05), Tricholoma lobayense (P>0.05)and Agrocybe chaxingu(P<0.01),respectively.In addition,a 100% replacement of wheat bran by rice straw for Hypsizigus marmoreus (Peck) Bigelow cultivation,the bioproduction was decreased for 3.68%((P>0.05).Meanwhile,this substitute could reduce the contamination and the cost for cultivation.
