【中文摘要】 以大米為基本培養(yǎng)材料 ,分別補充各種營養(yǎng)物質 ,培養(yǎng)中國被毛孢 ,探討培養(yǎng)物在幾種溫度條件下經過 90d處理后的生活力和恢復生長后的生長速度。結果表明 :補充酵母膏加富的麥麩煮汁有利于保持此菌的生活力和促進生長 ,保持溫度以 0～ 10℃為宜。

【英文摘要】 Hirsutella sinensis,the anamorph of Cordyceps sinensis,was cultivated on the several rice media supplemented with different components respectively.The cultures were kept for about 90d under different temperautres.The results indicated that the supplement wheat bran enriched with yeast extract was beneficial to the vitality and growth of the strain,and the range of the proper temperatures for preservation was 0～10℃.
