【中文摘要】 本文采用方差分析方法,在基礎(chǔ)培養(yǎng)料中加入5%、10%、15%、20%的舊培養(yǎng)料。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),舊培養(yǎng)料添加量為10%時(shí),天麻總產(chǎn)量、箭麻產(chǎn)量、白麻產(chǎn)量和米麻產(chǎn)量均達(dá)到極顯著高產(chǎn)。

【英文摘要】 In the paper,the way of analysis of variance was adopted.We added 5%,10%,15%,20% cultivated materials in the culture medium to cultivate Gastradia elata,and fond out that 10% cultured material was added,the total output:output of sword Gastrodia,output of white Gastrodia,output of rice Gastrodia was the highest output.
