【中文摘要】 從雙孢蘑菇 (Agarigusbisporus)子實體中提取多糖 ,提取率為 0 6 5 % ,DEAE -Cellulose - 5 2柱層析純化了多糖 ,聚丙烯酰胺凝膠電泳顯示一條帶 ,為蛋白結(jié)合多糖 ,多糖水解液紙層析結(jié)果表明 ,多糖由D -果糖和D-葡萄糖構(gòu)成

【英文摘要】 The Agaricus bisporus fruiting bodies are washed,extracted by hot water and precipitated by alcohol and then isolated by DEAE-Cellulose-52 column chromatography,After polysaccharide is obtained,PAGE was used to determine the purity of polysaccharide and it showed homogeneous.The monosaccharide composition of the polysaccharide was investigated by paper chromatography.The result indicated that the polysaccharide was composed of D-Glucose and D-Fructose.
